What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that was discovered in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui. It is channeled life-force energy that has the ability to help one’s body heal itself. In Japanese, “Rei” means Universal and “Ki” means life-force energy.
What does Reiki heal?
Childhood trauma, heartbreaks, and painful experiences manifest as pain and health issues in our physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual bodies and most of the time, we aren’t even aware that it is happening. Reiki targets these issues.
Most people feel lighter after sessions because their physical and emotional pain is released. I help people clear away and heal from the inside so they can experience life from an elevated level of joy, satisfaction, clarity, and intuition.
What can I expect during a Reiki Session?
Light touch is used to deliver the energy to clients while they lay down fully clothed. Reiki promotes healing on the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual level and invokes deep relaxation, restorative rest, and clarity.
What will I experience during a Reiki session?
There are varying experiences during sessions that include feelings of warmth or tingling, seeing colors, aha moments, and feelings of deep spiritual connection. The more open one is to receiving healing, the more they will receive powerful experiences and positive healing outcomes. At the very least, everyone will feel the energy in some way and be totally and completely relaxed during and after the session.
Reiki has the power to evoke substantial healing and is a complement to, not a replacement for, standard medical treatments. Reiki is used in hospitals and treatment centers all over the world and has the power to improve the efficacy of other medical treatments.
How do you channel Reiki during a session?
During healing sessions, I combine the use of Reiki symbols, intention, and intuition to channel and deliver the energy to the client. We set an intention for the session and let that guide the healing process. While I send the energy to the client, I simultaneously read their energy field to see what and where they have pain trapped in the body and I use that information to heal the areas that are most in need. After the healing session, we sit down together, and I share what I found.
How does one get the ability to channel Reiki?
In order to channel the energy and give treatments to others, one must participate in a training program to become a certified practitioner. I have undergone two Reiki training programs and hold certifications in two lineages of Reiki- Usui and Shamballa- both at the Master Teacher level. I facilitate healing sessions as well as train and certify students.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga uses a combination of Breathwork/Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra, and Asana (Yoga exercises) to increase physical and mental/emotional strength. The ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga heals the body by strengthening the nervous system and glandular system, it changes the chemistry of the brain to activate awareness, neutrality, and peace and clears the Chakras to activate and release the creative life-force energy AKA Kundalini energy. Regular practice of Kundalini Yoga allows one to peel away their layers of subconscious beliefs and trauma to tap into their powerful essence, their authentic self, to live an aligned and meaningful life.
